1. Our Philosophy

We believe in our product, but we also believe in being fair. If Zyncro isn't helping you save time or manage your schedule better, we don't want your money. It is that simple.

2. The 14-Day "No Questions Asked" Guarantee

Tried the Pro plan and realized it's not for you? No problem. If you cancel within the first 14 days of your new subscription, just email us, and we will refund every penny. No hoops to jump through, no awkward "please stay" guilt trips.

3. Canceling After 14 Days

Life changes, we get it. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard.

If you cancel after the 14-day window, you'll still have full access to Pro features until the end of your billing cycle, but we typically won't refund the remaining time. However, if something technical went wrong on our end that made the app unusable, talk to us—we'll make it right.

4. Billing Mistakes?

Did we accidentally charge you twice? Or did a payment go through when it shouldn't have? Please enable panic mode... just kidding. Relax! Just shoot us an email at support@zyncro.com, and we'll fix it immediately. We aren't in the business of keeping money that isn't ours.
