Refund Policy

We believe in being fair. This page covers two types of refunds — for your Zyncro subscription and for booking payments made to hosts on Zyncro.

Zyncro Subscription Refunds

This applies when you purchase a Starter or Pro plan directly from Zyncro.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Tried Zyncro Pro or Starter and it's not for you? Email us within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we'll refund every rupee — no questions asked, no guilt trips.

Annual Plan — Refund Within 14 Days

If you purchased a yearly plan, the same 14-day window applies. You'll receive a full refund for the entire annual amount paid.

After 14 Days — No Refund, But Full Access

Once the 14-day window closes, we don't issue refunds for remaining days. However, you retain full plan access until the end of your billing cycle. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Billing Mistakes — Fixed in 2 Business Days

Charged twice? Payment went through incorrectly? Email us immediately at [email protected]. We investigate and issue corrections within 2 business days. We don't keep money that isn't ours.

Free Plan — Nothing to Refund

The Free plan has no charges. Downgrading from Pro to Free mid-cycle is allowed; you retain Pro features until your current billing period ends.

Booking Payment Refunds

This applies when you (as a guest) paid a host to book a session on Zyncro. Zyncro acts as a platform — the host sets the refund policy for their services.

When a host creates a paid event, they choose one of four refund policies. You can see the policy on the booking page before you pay.

Flexible
Eligible

Cancel 24+ hours before → Full refund

If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time, you receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are not refunded.

Moderate
Eligible

Cancel 48+ hours before → Full refund

If you cancel at least 48 hours before the session, you receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are not refunded.

Strict
Eligible

Cancel 7+ days before → Full refund

Full refund only if you cancel 7 or more days before the session. Cancellations within 7 days are not refunded under this policy.

No Refund
No Refund

No refunds offered

The host has chosen not to offer refunds for this event type. All sales are final. Review carefully before booking.

How to Request a Booking Refund

Cancel your booking

Go to your booking confirmation email and click "Cancel Booking". The system will automatically check if you're within the host's refund window.

Refund request is created

If eligible, a refund request is automatically submitted. You'll receive a confirmation email. Ineligible cancellations will show a clear reason.

Admin reviews and processes

Our team reviews the request (typically within 1–2 business days) and triggers the refund via the original payment method (Razorpay / UPI).

Refund arrives in your account

Razorpay refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank. UPI refunds are usually faster (1–3 days).

Special Cases

Host Cancels the Session → Full Refund Always

If a host cancels your booking, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of their refund policy. This is processed automatically and you'll be notified immediately.

PayU Payments — Manual Processing

For bookings paid via PayU, refunds cannot be processed automatically through our system. Our team will manually process the refund from the PayU dashboard and notify you. This may take up to 5–10 business days.

Zyncro Is a Platform, Not the Seller

For booking refunds, Zyncro facilitates the process but the refund obligation lies with the host. If a host disputes a refund that we believe you are entitled to, our support team will mediate. Email [email protected] with your booking ID and we'll step in.
