Your Privacy Matters

1. The "Plain English" Promise

Let’s be real—nobody likes reading 50 pages of legalese. So here is the deal in plain English:We respect your data. We don't sell it. We protect it.When you trust Zyncro with your schedule, you're trusting us with your time, and we don't take that lightly.

2. What We Actually Collect

We only collect what we absolutely need to make the app work for you. No creepy tracking.

  • The Basics: Your name, email, and a profile pic so people know who they're booking with.
  • Your Calendar: We connect to your Google Calendar to see when you're busy (so you don't get double-booked) and to add new meetings. We don't read your personal diary entries.
  • Payment Stuff: If you buy a Pro plan, our payment partners (PayU & Razorpay) handle the credit card numbers. We just see a "success" message.

3. How We Use It

We use your data to do exactly what you signed up for:

  • Making sure your booking page works effortlessly.
  • Sending you (and your guests) reminders so nobody ghosts the meeting.
  • Improving the app based on how you actually use it (e.g., "Oh, everyone loves the new dark mode? Let's make it better!").

4. Sharing? Barely.

We are not in the business of selling data. We never have been, and we never will be. The only time we share data is with the tools that keep Zyncro running (like our hosting provider or email service), or if we are legally forced to by a court order (which hasn't happened yet, knock on wood).

5. Security

We lock down your data with the same grade of encryption that banks use. We sleep better at night knowing your information is safe, so you can too.

7. Your Data Rights (GDPR & Beyond)

You own your data. Period. At any time, you have the right to:

  • Access: See what data we have on you (it's mostly just your profile and bookings).
  • Correction: Fix any typos in your name or details directly from your dashboard.
  • Deletion (Right to Erasure): You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the "Danger Zone" in your Settings. Once you click that button and confirm, it's gone forever—wiped from our servers instantly. We don't keep "ghost copies."

8. Questions?

If you're ever worried about your data or just want to say hi, drop us a line at privacy@zyncro.in. We actually read our emails.
